Pay or Contest Traffic Tickets
KCOJ ePay is for court fees, fines, and costs. The KYeCourts guest page asks whether the user only needs to make a payment to the courts and provides an ePay button. The sample citation guide says a citation may be eligible to pay online and, if it is eligible, payment must be made online at least three days before the court date. Not every citation is payable online.
Paying a citation can have court and driving-record consequences. A person who wants to contest a Whitley County traffic ticket should not simply pay without checking court requirements.
